Rich and fudgy brownies with a delightful swirl of creamy peanut butter, creating a perfect blend of chocolate and nutty flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Beat in the cocoa, flour, and salt until the mixture is glossy.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Mix the peanut butter until smooth and creamy, then drop spoonfuls onto the brownie batter.
  6. Add the remaining brownie batter on top of the peanut butter, and swirl using a knife.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For best results, ensure the butter is melted but not boiling. You can add chocolate chips or a sprinkle of salt for extra flavor.
