Crunchy and savory Pepperoni and Cheese Crisps that make for a perfect snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Mix Cheese and Seasoning: In a bowl, combine the shredded cheese with the Italian seasoning.
  3. Scoop the Cheese Mounds: Place small mounds of the cheese mixture on your lined baking sheet, keeping space in between.
  4. Top with Pepperoni: Place a pepperoni slice on each mound.
  5. Bake: Pop them in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes until melted and golden.
  6. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a minute, and serve warm.

Notes

Let your crisps cool before serving to avoid them falling apart. Check on the browning during the last few minutes of baking.
