A flavorful and easy-to-make flank steak recipe that brings everyone together for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Marinate the Steak: Place the flank steak in a dish or resealable bag, pour the marinade over it, and make sure it’s well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes—ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat Your Grill: Get your grill going to a high heat.
  4. Remove Excess Marinade: Take the steak out of the marinade and let the excess drip off.
  5. Grill the Steak: Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  6. Rest and Slice: Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh herbs on top for serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Marinating overnight enhances the flavor and tenderness of the steak.
