A quick and easy recipe for cooking cod in an air fryer, resulting in delicious and flaky fish in just minutes.

  • 2 cod fillets (approximately 150g each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with paprika and garlic powder.
  3. Brush both sides of the fillets with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  5. Cook at 200°C/390°F for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness around the 10-minute mark; the fish should be opaque and flake easily.
  6. Carefully remove from the air fryer, serve with lemon wedges and optional parsley garnish.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the cod fillets.
