Colorful, candy-coated grapes that are a fun and healthier alternative to traditional candy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes (red and green)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • Popsicle sticks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Divide the syrup into separate bowls and add food coloring.
  6. Dip each grape into the colored syrup, coating fully.
  7. Place the grapes on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. If using popsicle sticks, insert them into the grapes now.
  9. Freeze the grapes for at least 2 hours until the candy coating is firm.
  10. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use gel food coloring for vibrant colors and consider adding extracts for extra flavor.
