  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 sheets of thawed puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in raspberries and melted white chocolate.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3×3 inch squares. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
  4. Fold corners over the filling and pinch to seal. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly then drizzle with glaze made from whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
