1 English cucumber, chopped
2 limes, zested and juiced

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped pineapple, chopped English cucumber, lime juice, lime zest, and cilantro. Toss gently to blend all ingredients and distribute flavors uniformly.
Season with salt and ground black pepper as desired. Mix gently to avoid bruising the fruit and herbs.
