  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a separate bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken base in the casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
