  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely grated or minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup onion gravy

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, grated onion, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the asparagus by steaming or boiling it until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Prepare your mashed potatoes according to your recipe or package instructions.
