- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed salted pretzels
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Scoop into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Mix crushed pretzels and oats in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each chilled ball in caramel sauce.
