Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 oz. bag HERSHEY’S Kitchens Sea Salt Caramel Chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1 1/2 cups soft caramel bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment or silpat and set aside.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix until combined.
  4. Add the salted chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and optional caramel bits and mix well. No need to chill the dough unless your dough is warm.
  5. Using a cookie scoop of choice (we used 1/4 cup), scoop out the dough and drop on a parchment or silpat lined cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches space between cookies.
  6. Remove from oven and let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a cooling rack to cool.

Notes

  • For best results, use cold butter straight from the fridge.
  • These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for freshness.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of chocolate chips according to your preference.
