- 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the shrimp in a large pan over medium heat until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Toss the cooked pasta and sautéed shrimp in the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute half of the heavy cream with low-fat milk.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
