2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for serving
Celery sticks for serving
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring that the chicken is well coated.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the sauce in the slow cooker.
Serve the buffalo chicken on its own, or in sandwiches, tacos, or over a salad, garnished with chopped green onions and celery sticks.
