  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Carefully butterfly the jumbo shrimp by slicing them down the back, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Stuff each shrimp with the crab mixture, pressing gently to ensure the filling stays in place.
  4. Place the stuffed shrimp in the slow cooker, arranging them in a single layer if possible.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the shrimp are cooked through and opaque.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
