Delightful truffles combining creamy peanut butter and bittersweet chocolate, finished with colorful candy shells for a stunning treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • Colored candy shells or sprinkles (for speckling)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Form small balls from the mixture, about one inch in diameter.
  3. Chill the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals until smooth.
  5. Coat the chilled balls in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Sprinkle with colored candy shells before the chocolate sets.
  7. Final chill until chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
