8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
¼ cup black cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered sugar
Black sprinkles or edible glitter
Candy eyeballs (for garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies, cream cheese, black cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate, then immediately roll in black sprinkles or edible glitter.
Press a candy eyeball gently on top of each truffle for a spooky finish.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until set. Serve chilled.
