  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • ¼ cup black cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • Black sprinkles or edible glitter
  • Candy eyeballs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies, cream cheese, black cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate, then immediately roll in black sprinkles or edible glitter.
  4. Press a candy eyeball gently on top of each truffle for a spooky finish.
  5. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until set. Serve chilled.
