1 lb chicken thighs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
8 oz noodles (lo mein, ramen, or linguine)
2 green onions, sliced

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and reserve a bit of noodle water.
Return chicken to skillet, add noodles, and toss everything to coat well in the sauce.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes and green onions over the top. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more red pepper flakes.
This dish is best served immediately for optimal texture.
You can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breasts if desired.
