- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed for consistency)
- In a bowl, combine oats, almond flour, protein powder, crushed strawberries, and cream cheese.
- Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
- Add milk 1 tbsp at a time until mixture holds together and is easy to roll.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
