Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup brandy (optional)
1/4 cup simple syrup
Ice cubes
1 bottle of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 cup club soda or sparkling water
1/2 cup triple sec or orange liqueur

Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, triple sec, and brandy (if using). Stir well to mix the flavors.
Pour in the white wine and stir again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
Just before serving, add the club soda or sparkling water and stir gently.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the ice.
Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and citrus slices. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Fresh strawberries can be substituted with other berries if desired.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
Can be made a day in advance; just add the sparkling water before serving.
