Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread: In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, chili powder, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and well combined. Adjust the chili powder according to your spice preference.
Prep the Tortillas: Lay out the whole wheat or spinach tortillas on a clean flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
Arrange the Fruits and Cucumber: Start layering the sliced mango, avocado, strawberries, banana, and cucumber over the cream cheese spread on each tortilla. Try to distribute the ingredients evenly.
