- 9 oz. butter puffcorn
- 24 oz. white chocolate chips
- 8 cups pretzels
- 2–3 cups M&Ms
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for 1 more minute.
- Stir until smooth. If there are still chunks, microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- In an extra large bowl or roasting pan, add all remaining ingredients.
- Pour half of the melted chocolate on top and stir well.
- Add the remaining chocolate and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture out over wax paper on the counter and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container.

- Be cautious not to overheat the white chocolate to avoid a chalky texture.
- This snack mix can be customized with other favorite candies or nuts.
