Delightfully creamy pinwheels filled with taco flavors, perfect for quick meals, snacks, or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and salsa in a medium bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over a flour tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Chill each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.

Notes

Room temperature cream cheese blends easier. Chill longer for better flavor.
