Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the meat is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture, arranging them in a single layer.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
