A refreshing salad made with ripe beefsteak tomatoes and a creamy garlic dressing, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 56 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and grated garlic to create the dressing.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into large chunks and place them in a serving bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes, add chopped dill, and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Best made with ripe, in-season tomatoes for maximum flavor.
  • Can be prepared up to 2 hours ahead – keep refrigerated until serving.
