1/2 cup pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 cup passionfruit juice or mango nectar
1/4 cup coconut water or lemon-lime soda (for fizz)
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp grenadine (for glowing color swirl)
1/2 tsp edible shimmer dust or glow powder (optional, for sparkle)
Crushed ice
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
Mint sprig
Optional: Edible flower for a tropical vibe
Instructions
Add crushed ice to two glasses and set aside.
In a shaker or small pitcher, combine pineapple juice, passionfruit juice (or mango nectar), lime juice, and coconut water (or soda). Add edible shimmer if using, and stir well.
Pour the juice mixture over the ice in each glass.
Slowly drizzle in grenadine — it will sink, then swirl upward to create a glowing ombré effect.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, mint sprig, or edible flower.
