- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz passion fruit liqueur (or passion fruit juice)
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Orange wheel
- Pineapple leaf
- Tropical flower or cocktail umbrella (optional)
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in coconut rum, passion fruit liqueur, blue curaçao, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels frosty—about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass or tiki mug filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf, orange wheel, and a flower or umbrella to set the tropical mood.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- This cocktail is best served immediately while it’s cold and refreshing.
