  • 1 oz pineapple juice ๐Ÿ
  • 1/4 oz grenadine (for color and sweetness) ๐Ÿ’
  • Crushed ice or ice cubes ๐ŸงŠ
  • Garnishes (optional): Orange slice ๐ŸŠ, Maraschino cherry ๐Ÿ’, Pineapple wedge ๐Ÿ

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add dark rum, coconut rum, coffee liqueur (if using), orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
  2. Shake well for about 10โ€“15 seconds until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass or tall glass filled with ice.
