- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
- ½ cup coconut water or plain water
- Popsicle molds and sticks
- Strawberry or pineapple slices (optional, for garnish)
- Add strawberries, pineapple, honey (or syrup), and coconut water to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Add a slice of strawberry or pineapple for a pretty garnish if desired.
- Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until fully solid.
- Run molds briefly under warm water, pop out the popsicles, and enjoy!
