  • 1 can Tuna, drained well
  • ½ pound Shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, fresh
  • ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  3. Add cooked shrimp to skillet and stir to coat in garlic butter. Cook another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  4. Remove skillet from heat and allow shrimp to cool slightly before chopping.
  5. In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and red onion until well combined.
  6. Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces and stir into tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve chilled over crisp lettuce leaves or with crackers. Enjoy!
