Delicious turkey and cheese pinwheels made with flaky puff pastry, perfect for gatherings and casual family dinners.

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it spreads evenly and is about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Spread the shredded turkey evenly over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the turkey.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  7. Cut the rolled pastry into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
