A delightful breakfast bagel filled with crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and a sunny-side-up egg, creating a perfect morning indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 everything bagel
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 strips cooked bacon
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Slice and toast the bagel until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the eggs sunny-side-up until whites are firm and yolks remain runny.
  4. Melt the cheddar cheese on top of the eggs as they finish cooking.
  5. Assemble the bagel with eggs, melted cheese, crispy bacon, and avocado slices.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then cap with the other half of the bagel.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
