A delightful and festive Valentine’s Day treat that combines the flavors of sugar cookies and fudge.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and white chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Whisk in sugar cookie mix and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and half of the sprinkles.
  5. Pour mixture into the pan and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Cut into squares and top with remaining sprinkles.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, use high-quality white chocolate chips.
  • Make sure to chill the fudge long enough for it to set properly.
