4 oz feta cheese
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, and olive oil until well blended and smooth. Add dried basil and minced garlic, mixing thoroughly.
Transfer the cheese mixture to a shallow bowl or small plate. Use a large spoon to create a well in the center of the cheese. Pour the honey into the well. Garnish with chopped chives, pistachios, and cracked black pepper around the edges.
Notes
For a creamier dip, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
Feel free to substitute honey with maple syrup for a different flavor.
