  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, and olive oil until well blended and smooth. Add dried basil and minced garlic, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Transfer the cheese mixture to a shallow bowl or small plate. Use a large spoon to create a well in the center of the cheese. Pour the honey into the well. Garnish with chopped chives, pistachios, and cracked black pepper around the edges.
