  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 23 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or wax paper for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Stir frequently until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
  4. Optional: Add 2-3 drops of green food coloring and stir until incorporated.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm and set.
  7. Once firm, remove the fudge from the dish and cut into squares.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
