A refreshing and fruity holiday drink made with white wine, seasonal fruits, and a hint of rosemary.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of crisp white wine (like Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup of orange juice (fresh is best)
  • 1/2 cup of brandy
  • 1/2 cup of club soda
  • 1 cup of fresh seasonal fruits (sliced oranges, cranberries, green apples)
  • A few sprigs of fresh rosemary or mint
  • Cinnamon sticks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the white wine, orange juice, and brandy in a large pitcher and stir well.
  2. Add the fresh fruits and gently mix.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  4. Fizz it up by adding club soda just before serving.
  5. Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with rosemary or mint and optional cinnamon sticks.

Notes

For best results, let the sangria chill for several hours or overnight. Adjust sweetness with more orange juice if desired.
