Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into four equal patties, making a small indentation in the center of each to ensure even cooking.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Air fry the patties for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Toast the buns in the air fryer during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Make-Ahead: Prepare your patties the day before and store them in the fridge. You can also use ground turkey or plant-based alternatives.
