Instructions

  1. Prep the pineapple: Peel, core, and cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, toss the pineapple chunks with brown sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  4. Prepare the basket: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
