Delicious and nutritious Baked Broccoli Cheese Breakfast Bites, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or brunch, combining creamy cheese and savory broccoli.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush some grease into a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix it all together until well-combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into your muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
