  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pears: Start by cutting your pears in half and scooping out the cores.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a small bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, olive oil, and, if you fancy, a sprinkle of cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. Fill the Pears: Spoon the mixture generously into each pear half.
  4. Drizzle Honey: Drizzle the honey over the filled pears.
  5. Bake: Place the stuffed pears in your casserole dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
