A quick and impressive Baked Salmon with Sweet Chili Sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place your salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix together the sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the sauce mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top for added flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with lime wedges and fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a spicy twist, add a splash of sriracha to the sauce. Let the salmon rest for a minute after baking for better flavor.
