Delicious BBQ Shrimp simmered in a buttery, garlicky sauce, perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • French bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper until combined.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with French bread.
