Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slider buns
1 cup coleslaw (optional)
Pickles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, BBQ sauce, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Form the beef mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, brush additional BBQ sauce on top of each patty.
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Assemble the sliders by placing a beef patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with coleslaw and pickles if desired, then place the top half of the bun on each slider.
Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious beef BBQ sliders!
