A hearty Beef Hot Dog Meat Sauce that elevates classic hot dogs to an extraordinary level with rich flavors and easy preparation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until the onion is soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Mix in the sauce: Stir in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Combine everything well.
  4. Simmer it down: Let this simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve: Serve the hot sauce over your cooked hot dogs. Optionally, add a sprinkle of cheese on top.

Notes

For best results, don’t rush the browning and stir frequently to avoid burning.
