A delightful pie that combines chocolate, caramel, and coconut, inspired by the beloved Samoas cookies.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded toasted coconut
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter to form the crust; press it into a pie dish.
  3. Heat sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, caramel sauce, shredded toasted coconut, vanilla extract, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat; stir often.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Let it cool before drizzling with chocolate and caramel sauce.
  7. Serve chilled or warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
