  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Pickles, chopped
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Make sure to break it apart with your spatula. Drain the fat afterward.
  2. Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles to create that memorable special sauce.
  3. Assemble the wrap: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous spoonful of the special sauce on it.
  4. Add the fillings: Top it off with a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by a handful of cheese, lettuce, and onion.
  5. Roll it up: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients. Serve immediately!
