Indulge in the sweet and tart flavors of this easy-to-make Blueberry Chocolate Bark, perfect for snacks or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, washed and fully dried
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  4. Melt the white chocolate using the same microwave method.
  5. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark layer and swirl them together with a toothpick or knife.
  6. Sprinkle fresh blueberries and flaky sea salt over the top.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.
  8. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Make sure blueberries are completely dried to avoid moisture issues. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
