Delightful egg rolls filled with a sweet and creamy blueberry cream cheese mixture, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and blueberries in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Wrap an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a spoonful of the mixture in the center and seal the edges.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat, enough to submerge the egg rolls.
  4. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Drain the cooked egg rolls on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
