  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl until smooth and thickened.
  2. Stir in the bourbon and chopped mint leaves, blending well.
  3. Fold in the powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into shot glasses or small cups.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
