  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch sauce (for drizzling on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
  4. Add in the sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch chips, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Cool it at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  9. Drizzle butterscotch sauce on top just before serving.
