Ingredients
Scale
6 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Boil the eggs: Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Carefully lower in your 6 large eggs. Cook them for about 9-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
Ice bath: Transfer the cooked eggs into a bowl of ice water for about 5 minutes.
Peel the eggs: Once cooled, peel off the shells, rinsing under cold water if needed.
Prepare the sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine and coat: Gently add the peeled eggs to the skillet and coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve: Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Cool the eggs quickly in ice water for easier peeling. Adjust the Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
