A delightful combination of hard-boiled eggs and a spicy garlic butter sauce that elevates the dish to new heights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Carefully lower in your 6 large eggs. Cook them for about 9-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Ice bath: Transfer the cooked eggs into a bowl of ice water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs: Once cooled, peel off the shells, rinsing under cold water if needed.
  4. Prepare the sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Combine and coat: Gently add the peeled eggs to the skillet and coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Serve: Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Cool the eggs quickly in ice water for easier peeling. Adjust the Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
